By accessing or using the HiAuto mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
HiAuto provides car owners with tools for mileage tracking, maintenance reminders, fuel price comparison, AI-powered car assistance, and tax deduction reporting. The Service is available on iOS and Android platforms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
The Free plan provides limited access to the Service, including tracking for 1 vehicle and up to 20 auto-tracked trips per month.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in the app and on our website. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for subscription payments are handled according to the policies of the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store, depending on your platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
